What PqlPlay adds
- Easy sign-up for sessions and events, and communities at your club.
- Check-in from the phone, with a live roster that can go up on any TV or kiosk.
- Rewards: points for playing, redeemed for things your club chooses to offer.
- Ratings: a Competition Rating that starts from your club's or a coach's rating and moves with scored games.
- Free pickup games: players share their level and when they are free, and PqlPlay proposes games.
- Badges, kudos and club rankings.
What stays in CourtReserve
CourtReserve stays the source of truth. Every sign-up, booking and roster lives there, so players without the app are never left out of a session.
How the connection works
Your club's CourtReserve API key connects it. The schedule, events and player list sync automatically. There is nothing to migrate and nothing to re-enter.
What your club does, and what PqlPlay does
Your club
- Connects its CourtReserve API key.
- Sets its name, icon and colours once in the staff console, and the whole app and the TV repaint.
- Chooses its rewards and how points are earned.
- Tells players about the app.
PqlPlay
- Syncs the schedule, events and player list from CourtReserve.
- Provides the player app for iOS and Android under your club's name, icon and colours.
- Runs sign-ups, communities, ratings and rewards.
- Pushes the live check-in roster to a TV or kiosk from your staff console.
Start with your regulars
There is no all-or-nothing launch. Start with your regulars; every player who joins makes the communities and rewards better for everyone. The facility launch guide covers what to do first, or schedule a demo and we will recommend the best onboarding for your club.
An independent product
PqlPlay is an independent product of PiqlPlus LLC. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by CourtReserve. CourtReserve is a trademark of its owner.
