By creating an account or using PiqlPlay, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

PiqlPlay connects to your facility (CourtReserve) membership. You're responsible for keeping your phone number and login secure.
3. Acceptable use
Be kind on and off the court. No harassment, impersonation, or misuse of other players' information.
4. Ratings & content
Ratings, kudos, and badges reflect play activity and community recognition. We may adjust or remove content that violates these terms.
5. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

What we collect
Your name and contact info (from your CourtReserve membership), your play activity, ratings, kudos, photos you add, and — only when you check in — your location.
How we use it
To connect you with your communities, surface sessions and games, power ratings and kudos, and send the notifications you opt into.
Location
Location is used only to confirm you're at the facility when you check in. It isn't tracked in the background.
Sharing
Other members at your facility can see your name, photo, and play reputation. We don't sell your data.
Your rights
You can edit your profile, control visibility, export your data, or delete your account at any time in Settings.
